Refund policy

We want returns to be straightforward. The Useful Find offers a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with any original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

For returns approved under this policy, we will provide return instructions and, when a return shipment is required, a return shipping label. We do not charge a return-label fee or restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right. We may request photos or other information to help document the problem.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a standard return. Gift cards and any item clearly identified as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are also not eligible for return, except where required by law or where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item, size, or color is generally to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once fulfillment has begun.
